The Essex Youth Sports Girls Flag Football League is dedicated to providing young female athletes with an opportunity to develop their skills, compete at a high level, and prepare for the next step in their football journey. In partnership with NFL FLAG and USA Football, our league follows best practices in coaching, safety, and player development to create a fun, competitive, and inclusive environment.

As a feeder program for high school girls' flag football, we aim to build a strong foundation for athletes by focusing on skill development, teamwork, and game knowledge. Players will have access to top-tier coaching, structured training, and competitive play, all while fostering a love for the game.
